WEST FEST 2011: September 17th
Hello Summit Families,
It's that time of year. Wow it comes quick. WEST FEST. This is the PTO's annual major fundraising event. It really helps bring in a chunk of money to fund all of the wonderful things we do at Summit School.
We ask each family to sell 10 tickets, if you don't have your packet yet pick one up in the office or contact Kimberly Rivers (cell: 805-727-1393). Folks can also buy tickets online through paypal, please label your payment as a "gift".
See the WEST FEST page on this blog for all the details, and if you haven't signed up to help the day before or the day after please do so. The sign up sheet is taped on the wall next to the office at school.
West Fest Silent Auction:
A big part of West Fest is the silent auction. PTO Vice President Sherry Koester is the coordinator and is working hard to solicit and gather items. If you or someone you know owns a business, provides any services or can make something that folks will bid on, contact Sherry ASAP: cell: 805-797-2860
We love gift certificates, baskets of goodies, art, tickets to sporting events/theater etc.
